Linse, 9th of March. [A daughter of] Heinrich Rademacher, [and] his [wife] Henriette Weper, aged 30 years.

Witnesses: Wilhelm Fagebiel; Conrad Wesemann; Louise Falken; Caroline Brandes.

Baptized the 15th [of the same month].

Named: Louise Caroline.

On your open question: this is a different household than the Wäßemann/Wesemann miller family — the parents here are Rademacher and Weper, unrelated. But Conrad Wesemann standing as a witness at Linse tells you Wesemann wasn't a one-off spelling by a single scribe on a single day. It's a name that recurs in this same small village across multiple entries and, seemingly, multiple clerks, which argues for it being a stable surname in the Linse community rather than a transcription accident.

Paragraphs already present above, word for word or nearly so, have been left out. Everything below differs from the text above in at least one reading, date, name or note, and is kept so that no reading is lost.

Translation (English)

Linse, 9 March 1789: a daughter to Heinrich Rademacher; mother Henriette We[p?]er, aged 30. Godparents Wilhelm Sagebiel, Conrad Wesemann, Louise Falke, Caroline Brandes. Baptized 15 March. Named Louise Caroline.

Notes

Conrad Wesemann, the miller's eldest son (17), read on the image with the long s: STATED. 9 March is the birth; the baptism at which he stood was 15 March 1789. Caroline Brandes is probably Christoph Brand's daughter Marie Caroline (1769), written Brandes as at her death in 1842 (F130).
