Halle, 23rd of August, at 9 o'clock in the evening, Johann Heinrich Wasmann's daughter, named Marie Eleonore, died of [an illness — the term is hard to fully resolve, possibly a fever-related condition], and was buried on the 28th of the same month, Sunday, the 13th [Sunday] after Trinity, aged 10 years, 8 weeks.
Worth noting: this Marie Eleonore Wasmann is very likely the same girl, or closely tied to the same family, as Marie Eleonore Hundertmark — the wife of Friedrich Wasmann in your Halle/Tuchtfeld entries. Given names repeating across generations was extremely common, so this could be an aunt, an earlier daughter who died young in a different branch, or simply a coincidence of a popular name combination in this family circle. Worth flagging rather than conflating: a 10-year-old who died in this entry cannot be the adult wife recorded elsewhere, but the repeated name pairing (Marie Eleonore) suggests the name was in active use across the wider Wasmann family, possibly passed down after this child's death as was common practice.
This is a hard one to read past the genealogical value — a child dead just past her tenth birthday. If it's useful for your records, the illness term I couldn't confidently resolve is worth a second look at higher resolution if the specific cause matters to you; otherwise the essential facts (date, age, parentage) are solid.
