Translation

12 July 1767: Joh[ann] Frid[rich] Wasmann with A[nna] Margr[ethe] Spilner (they had anticipated the marriage).

Notes

Surname: the s is the round, syllable-final Kurrent s, which looks like an r ('Warmann'). Read Wasmann (probable).

This is probably the Johann Friedrich Wasmann of 1751, remarried; not shown. The Spilner name returns in the 1823 Familienbuch (house 57).

Transcribed 9 October 2026 from the image file(s) named above. Readings in brackets are drafts to be confirmed on the original before they are cited as stated.

Re-read 20 October 2026 (O9.3, O9.3g): the groom is not the 1751 groom remarried: the 1751 bride (Bierwirth) lived until 5 November 1791 and this bride, "Friderich Wasmann's seine Ehefrau, gebohrne Spilner," died 11 March 1798 aged 50 years 7 months.
