English translation
Konrad Schlötzer, citizen and master mason-to-be at Kirchenlamitz, only son of the late Johann Nicol Schlötzer, citizen and journeyman carpenter [there], with Margaretha Gerstner [doubtful], [daughter of] Johann Gerstner [doubtful], ... after three proclamations on the 3rd [of September or November: doubtful] in the church here.
