Transcription (German/Latin, as read)
(third entry on p. 251; the margin shows a death cross and "[4?] Febr." followed by "Martÿ" [?]): "Starb seelig Frau [Anna] Maria, Herrn Johann Melchior Schmids, [Gerichtsverwandten? / Bürgers] allhier [Ehe]haußfrau, ... Abends um 4 Uhr ... [Alter und Verlauf der Krankheit in der Leichpredigt?] ..." A small word above "Maria" reads like "Anna" (inserted). The page's margin dates are partly cut by the binding.
English translation
The late Frau [Anna] Maria, wife of Herr Johann Melchior Schmid, [a citizen? magistrate?] here, died in the evening around 4 o'clock; margin date [4 Feb.] and a March date [burial?].
Notes
The husband is not written as deceased. The margin carries "[4?] Febr." and a March date. Melchior's own burial is not found in 1735-1741 (WE3.3f, partial negative).
