Witnesses (image 181): "Orsa [Orza?] Ezechiele, di anni [quarantatré?], muratore, e Pellegrino Michele, di anni [trentotto?], [bracciante?], entrambi residenti in questo Comune." Translation

On 28 [?] May 1891, 9:30 a.m., at the town hall, before the registrar, Alessandro Squitieri, [about 30], a mason of Sarno, declared that at [3] in the morning of the [27th?] of this month, in the house on Via S. [Matteo?], his wife Filomena Giugliano, a housewife living with him, gave birth to a boy, whom he presented and named Raffaele. Witnesses: Ezechiele Orza [?], a mason, and Michele Pellegrino.

Notes

PROBABLE that he is the Ralph Squitieri of Philadelphia: the draft card's 27 May 1891 fits the birth day if the doubtful word "[Ventisette?]" is right.

The act confirms certificate 266; the declaration day (28 May [?]) is one day after the birth day (27 May [?]).
