[1/10?] Aug. abends gegen 6 Uhr ist Hans Jost von [underlined surname, not read letter by letter] ein Sohn geboren, welcher d. 6 ejus getaufft. Gevattern waren [...] Albrecht [...] und [...] Albrecht [...], die das Kind genannt Joh. Wilh[elm?].

Translation (English)

In early August 1717, about 6 in the evening, a son was born to Hans Jost von [Campen]; baptized on the 6th(?). Two godparents were Albrechts. The child was named Joh. Wilh[elm].
